We’re proud to announce IUOE has rolled out a new Paid Maternity Leave benefit to all its members across North America. This new policy will provide much needed financial security and parenting support to operating and stationary engineers.

“At the International Union of Operating Engineers, we understand that family is the foundation of a strong community and a stronger union,” said General President John L. Downey. "We are thrilled to continue supporting working parents, especially in industries without access to paid family leave."
